Return Policy Refund & Replacement Policy  

We offer a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide: 

  •  Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video. 
  • The tracking number of the product should be included or provided, otherwise we won’t accept the return. 
  • You can return a product up to 30 days from the day you purchase it. 

We will make Refund, Resend, or Accept the Return for any of the following cases:  

  1. Orders Delayed.

 Orders with lack of tracking information, in transit or pending or expired after 60 days counting from the date that order departed from our warehouse. 

 For orders shipped to the USA, it is after 45 days counting from the date that order departed from our warehouse. 

 Notes: 

Sometimes, the order is arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.  

  1. Orders not Received.

We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered except for:  

  •  If the client does not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with official seal is necessary. 

Tracking Information Alert. The tracking information Alert shows the reasons are listed as below so we don’t offer refunds: 

  •  Incorrect/insufficient Address. 
  •  No Such Number. 
  •  Unknown recipient. 
  •  Refused. 
  •  Do not pick up in time. 
  •  No safe delivery location. 
  •  Uncleared customs. 
  •  Others. 

 Notes: 

The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, the client needs to pick up the package by himself/herself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, we take no responsibility if products have been lost. 

  1. Products Damaged.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. 

  • We offer a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged. 
  • We offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived are partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.). 
  •  For damaged packing box, we cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.  
  • For ordinary products, the clients shall complain or open dispute to us within 24 hours after packages are delivered. 
  •  For electronic products, the clients shall complain or open dispute to us within 5 days after packages are delivered. 
  •  Please return products within 8 days after receiving products. 
  1. Incorrect or Missing Products.

We have a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. We will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows: 

  •  For incorrect products, we offer a full refund or replacement. 
  •  For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., we offer partial refund. 
  •  For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part, 
  •  for parts missing which affect product function, we will resend the product only. 
  •  For accessories, we will resend the accessories. 
  •  For size problem, we will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product   according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of   measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging 

  

  1. Orders Cancellation.

For orders cancellation, we offer a full refund before products been processed by warehouses. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement.  

Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.  

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 12 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason.  

 

Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in the shipping page description, hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order. All refunds will be process within 72 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.  

 

Important Interpretation 

 

  1. Deadline of Opening Dispute.

 You cannot open dispute if order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from third party is untraceable.  

  1. The dispute will be closed automatically if the order has been closed and you have not responded for five consecutive days.

Force Majeure. 

We take no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, we will notify you by Email, 

 

. Unacceptable Disputes. 

We will not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to: 

  1.  The buyer does not like it. 
  1.  Products smell unusual. 
  1.  The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU. 
  1.  The shipping address was provided incorrectly. 
  1.  Product difference was negotiated in advance. 
  1.  Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices. 

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs if the mistake was done by the customer itself.  

 Please note that we won’t accept the return of goods without the tracking number   included.
