Due to COVID-19 delivery times are longer than normal, we are currently working so hard on shipping times to make them as fast as possible, so please be patient.
We are proud to offer shipping services to up to 35 country and island around the world. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.
Please note that we offer FREE SHIPPING to 15 countries and paid shipping only for 5$ for the rest
Wrong Address
We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country so you have to pay for customs.
Processing Times
Orders take 2-5 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.

you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Tracking information will be available 24-48 hours after processing your order. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us on info@shopynest.com
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
